What are the benefits of PawVillage.com membership?

PawVillage.com members may contribute pedigrees, update their dog records instantaneously at any time, make dog homepages, upload photos, and more.

I can't login. What might be the cause?

There are a number of possible reasons that you might have difficulty logging in to the PawVillage.com site. A few possible issues are:

• You may have entered your username or password incorrectly. Passwords and usernames are both case insensitive. The randomly generated password that you were sent with your welcome email contains letters only. To prevent any errors in entering the random password you were assigned, we recommend that you either click on the link supplied or cut & paste the password from the email you received into the Password field on the Login form. After successfully logging in, we recommend that you alter your password.
• To login, cookies need to be enabled in your web browser. By default, most browsers are installed with cookies enabled. Cookies are small pieces of information that are saved by your browser and help the PawVillage.com site remember that you are logged in. For more information, please visit our page about cookies.

If none of the suggestions above enable you to login to the site, please contact Support@PawVillage.com. Please include the following information in your email: the exact response you received from the web site when you attempted to login; the platform that you are using (i.e. PC or MAC); the name and version number of the Internet browser that you are using (i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, AOL). How do I change my password?

Click on "Members" in the top orange navigation bar to access the members menu. Login using your username and current password if you have not already done so. Under the Your Membership heading, click on the link labeled "Change my password & member info." This form will allow you to update or correct your password, name, location, gender, and birth year.
